Everything is done, we are fully updated and our new website is finally fully functional. However, we could not move our existing customer account passwords to the new site.
So, existing customers, when we moved your account over the the new website, your password was reset. The old password you used was encrypted and not recoverable.
In order to login to your account, you will need to use the “Lost your password” link to RESET. Just enter your email address and the program will email you a password reset link.
In addition PLEASE be sure that your billing address on your profile matches the address that your credit card company has for your billing address, especially if it is different than your shipping address. The security in the new website checkout will decline your card if it does not. We always ship to the shipping address you have indicated regardless, unless specifically requested to do otherwise.
