This is a facsimile of a patriotic pin worn during the period by ladies wishing to express their suppport for the Union war effort or for a loved one away serving his Country. The pin consists of a simple pin back bow with a pressed oval medallion suspended from it. The center of the medallion has the war eagle encircled by a sunburst. (14k gold finish) It comes in a vintage cloth hinged box lined in vintage material. (we have made the boxes from some leftover vintage stock) Each box bears a label representing a documented CW era firm and maker. Just the ticket for the sweetheart or sister.
