Description

Gold bullion tassel/knot and tape makes this very rich accessory just the ticket for the officer who wishes to present himself in proper form. Not merely an ornament but an important tool when in the thick of the fray even dismounted, but especially mounted. I have utilized this accoutrement in both situations and found it invaluable. It is essential when one needs to grasp something other than the sword with the strong hand such as looking through field glasses, receiving a dispatch , or taking a pull from the canteen, etc. Comes in a paste board box also labeled for the J. Groosman, documented dealer in military and fraternal organization goods. Interior of box has our signature period, tissue thin, brown paper – copied after examining multiple period boxes and packaged items. Note: This is left over from our very popular event only tent stock and may or may not be re-stocked depending on demand
