Description

Classic style wood mirror with the slant swivel closure seen in nearly all of the references. We have handled many original examples and found quite a variance in the style while the design is basically the same. Here is a simple wood case with the added period quality elements of a color stained beveled edge and cornered oval design we have seen on some better made soldier identified pieces. We have them made with both a red and black edge. Specify , or will choose. Comes complete with a documented Sutler’s label affixed to the back.
