A documented version of the eagle seen on caps, hats, worn as breast badge, &tc. &tc. of prominent fraternal and political organizations of the period. These badges do not represent in any manner any modern political movements which may be utilizing any historical monikers. High quality pressed brass with three wires soldered on back for affixing to the desired place. Excellent fine detail. There are three different sizes and versions of this eagle that we are aware of. The large size is great for the shako, as the pattern was originally intended to adorn, but all but too large for the kepi. This medium size is just the ticket for a bold proportionate look on the kepi or wheel hat. (Note: Our Fraternal/Political Vulcanized kepi comes with the eagle affixed and included in the price)
